Wrapped ist das Abschlussprojekt der Diplomanden Roman Kälin, Falko Paeper und Florian Wittmann im Studienschwerpunkt Animation, mit dabei waren außerdem der Producer Paolo Tamburrino, die Technical Directors Felix Hörlein und Amit Rojtblat sowie viele weitere Studierende des Instituts.
Wrapped erzählt in epischen, beeindruckenden Bildern, wie sich die Natur die Erde zurückholt: Farnartig überwuchern Ranken und Sträucher Wände, Straßenschluchten, Städte und schließlich die ganze Erdkugel, bis von Zivilisation und Fortschritt nichts mehr zu sehen ist. Getreu dem Motto "The only constant is change" visualisiert Wrapped die Schönheit und Unausweichlichkeit des Verfalls - und die Möglichkeit einer daraus entstehenden Erneuerung.
